After starting with NTS, I have had very prompt return of my dictations and, more importantly, not only are the dictations transcribed but they are "read." By this, I mean, the transcriptionists will nearly always pick up a sentence or portion of the dictation that does not appear correct to them and will make notation, which is extremely helpful to my practice.
